LEADERSHIP

Aperture is led by Adam Crutchfield, an industrial investment banker with extensive transaction experience across M&A, capital raising and restructuring. Adam founded Aperture following a decade of progressive accomplishment at some of the region’s top industrial investment banking firms.

Prior to founding Aperture, Adam was a Principal at FOCUS Investment Banking, a national investment banking firm based in the Washington, DC area. Before FOCUS, Adam was a Vice President at HighBank Advisors (acquired by Janney Montgomery Scott), a regional middle market investment bank. Adam began his investment banking career as an Analyst at The McLean Group, a national investment bank based in the Washington, DC area. Adam earned a B.S. in Economics and Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College, where he was the Boinest Fellow for Financial Economics.
